4" Dock Bumpers

4 1/2" Dock Bumpers are intended for use on Loading Bays with level approaches and no obstructions around the bay door. These bumpers also work great on open loading dock platforms. When using laminated Dock bumpers always ensure the bumpers are mounted as depicted never turned so the angles are on top of the dock bumpers. 

6" Dock Bumpers

6" Dock Bumpers are intended for use on Loading Bays with a 1-2% slope or level approcahes without obstructions. The extra projection of this bumper provides added security for docks with asphalt approaches and docks receiving container trucks. When using laminated Dock bumpers always ensure the bumpers are mounted as depicted never turned so the angles are on top of the dock bumpers.

Installation:

Steps for installation of dock bumpers:

1. Place your bumper in the position that will best protect your dock and mark the hole centers.
2. Counter drill your hole placements for insertion of the 3/4"x4" anchor sleeves. be sure to drill deep enough that your anchor will not be seated too shallow.
3. With the nut and washer still on the anchor sleeve hammer into the counter sunk holes.
4. Remove the nuts and mount the bumper.

Note: unfilled Cinder block walls will not work with anchor sleeves.
